﴿الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِى وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الأِسْلاَمَ دِيناً﴾
This day, I have perfected your deen for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your deen.
– The above ayat from surah maidah was revealed on the day of Arafah, means on 9th of Dhul-Ḥijjah.
Point to be noted – The above ayat highlights – Deen as a favour, as a blessing by Him upon us, as a naimat bestowed upon us.
To those whom deen seems to be a burden, a bojh, a museebat.
Please, sincerely check out and dig deep for this huge gap – naimat being blurred to levels of bojh and zehmat.
