Surah imran ayat no 195 –
And their Lord hath accepted of them, and answered them :
“Never will I suffer to be lost the work of any of you,
Be he male or female:
Ye are members, one of another..”

Both males and females are equal in the sight of God, and both will be rewarded according to their deeds, infact the one who has more taqwa is more beloved to Him.
“Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (the one who is) the most righteous of you.”
(Holy Quran, 49:13)
