Islam is Peace, they always say this.
Yes, it is but WITH Justice comes Peace, oppression done and justice delayed or denied only breeds resistance from oppressed sides.
When most of us sit in the comforts of our homes and say “Islam is all about forgiving oppressors” then here you go dear, let me amaze you Islam ask us to help the oppressors BUT you know HOW?
Here you go….
“Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or he is oppressed.” The Prophet was asked: “It is right to help him if he is oppressed, but how should we help him if he is an oppressor?” He replied: “By preventing him from oppressing others.”{Sahih Bukhari, Volume 3, Hadith 624}

So, next time please DONT forgive the oppressors BUT HELP THEM the way our Prophet taught us-
BY STOPPING THEM FROM OPPRESSING OTHERS.
And may we reflect upon this beautiful saying-
At-Tariq ibn Shihab reported: A man asked the Prophet (pbuh) “What is the most virtuous struggle (jihad)?” The Prophet (pbuh) said, “A word of truth in front of a tyrannical ruler.”
