Bilkis Bano case

By now, we all know this horrible news about Bilkis Bano, who was brutally gangraped during the anti muslim pogrom in Gujarat. She was 21 years old at that time, and five months pregnant. Seven members of her family were killed by hindutva goons, including her small girl.
Eleven men who were sentenced to life imprisonment in the Bilkis Bano gangrape case of 2002 were released from Godhra sub-jail on Monday (August 15) after a panel set up by the Gujarat government approved their application for remission of the sentence.

Points to understand-

This came on 15th August, highlighting once again the shackled and chained nature of this idea of “independence” people celebrate!

Those saying, “Where is Democracy? Where is law? Where is constitution?”

You should understand, this is democracy, this is the man made constitution, those eleven perverts were released by law!
Majority appeasement even if it means oppressing minorities is democracy!

As per Savarkar, rape is a political tool.
Savarkar you know was the father of Hindutva ideology.

Never forget, Modi came to power through democratic elections, all draconian laws like CAA/NRC and others in pipeline like UCC (uniform civil code) are all constitutionally passed, Babri masjid verdict, karnataka hijab ban all passed by law, and even the release of such perverts by law, shows that democracy, constitution is not dead, but we are dead by not realising such realities of our times.

B.R Ambedkar, who headed the committee drafting the Constitution of India, was a Dalit, he explained how he was indiscriminated. Even after 75 years of so called India’s Independence, we still read innumerable news on Dalit’s discrimination. Apart from it, The rich is getting richer, the poor more poor, the recent oxfam report shows how In India, during the pandemic (since March 2020, through to November 30th, 2021) the wealth of billionaires increased from INR 23.14 lakh crore (USD 313 billion) to INR 53.16 lakh crore (USD 719 billion). More than 4.6 crore Indians meanwhile are estimated to have fallen into extreme poverty in 2020 (nearly half of the global new poor according to the United Nations.)

The system is anti muslim, anti minorities, anti poor but yeah “saare jaha se achcha…”

Sometimes, I think perhaps under British rule, our people knew they were slaves, but now, they celebrate their slavery as independence!

Hasbunallahu wa’nimal wakeel!
