“And He sets forth, as an example to those who believe the wife of Pharaoh: Behold she said: ‘O my Lord! Build for me, in nearness to Thee, a mansion in the Garden, and save me from Pharaoh and his doings, and save me from those that do wrong”
—Holy Qur’an, surah tehreem.
The more I read this ayah the more I admire hazrat asiya r.a for her love and courage.
Love- She preferred the mansion near to Allah swt in jannah and stood for right.
Courage- She stood against firawn, the greatest tyrant.
